Fort Thomas’ Village Players bring Sam Raimi’s low-budget cult horror film Evil Dead to the stage in this musical adaptation — sans Bruce Campbell. Five college students head to an abandoned cabin in the woods (?) for a weekend and get turned into demons. Luckily, Ash and his chainsaw are there to save the day. In addition to singing and dancing dismembered demons and zombies, there’s also a designated splatter zone in the front row where audience members can expect to get bloody. P.S. The show is intended for mature audiences.
