Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati is concluding its 85th season with performances of a musical version of Wilbur’s adventure, a production that has proven to be one of the venerable theater’s most popular productions. There are school performances all week, but anyone can show up at the Taft Theatre and buy tickets for shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Grab a kid and make the trip: You know you want to return to that friendly, funny barnyard. $17-$20.
