Just because you want to eat healthy doesn’t mean you can’t eat great, too. This Saturday, St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Remke Bigg’s team up for their Taste of Health event in honor of American Heart Month. Representatives from the Vascular Institute, Weight Management and Holistic Health Centers at St. Elizabeth will be present to help teach families how to maintain proper nutrition and a good heart-healthy lifestyle. Remke Bigg’s own Chef James Curtis will also be present, demonstrating recipes that are both delicious and nutritious. 11 a.m-1 p.m. Remke Bigg’s, 5218 Beechmont Ave. Admission is free, but those who register in advance will be eligible for drawings to win Remke Market gift cards, pump perks and more.
