Harold

Duveneck 2: June 5, 8, 9, 11 and 12

Four Humors has presented crowd-pleasing hits in two previous Cincy Fringes: Mortem Capiendum in 2008 and April Fools in 2009. This year they’re inspired by a familiar ghost story about a scarecrow that comes to life and menaces two farmers.

According to Kristin Campbell, Four Humors’ managing director, “Harold explores the combination and similarities of horror and comedy without becoming a satire of the horror genre.” This company believes that the beauty of theater comes from the connection between performers and audience. They strive to make the beautiful foolish and the foolish beautiful.
