In a sea of observational and storytelling humor, Robert Hawkins continues to stand out as one of America’s foremost joke writers. Though few do it as well, he doesn’t think there’s necessarily a shortage of folks with that talent. “I don't think there is, or ever will be, a shortage of good joke writers,” he says. on Fox. While he enjoys the freedom of stand-up, he sometimes misses the old
Titus
gang. “It was stressful,” he says, “but we laughed all day, every day we were working.
