“I’ve always wanted to do it, but it probably happened because I had a little bit of a resume,” says Josh Wolf about his late-night talk show on CMT. “I don’t do interviews with celebrities for a couple of reasons. One, I’m not big enough to get celebrities that anyone cares about. Two, I feel like other people do them very well already.” Instead, Wolf explores topics he’s interested in, like learning how to be a competitive eater.
