This weekend Essex Studios in Corryville will host its first Art Walk of 2012. Home to more than 100 local artists and artisans, Essex Studios features painting, photography, fine crafts and sculptures on display throughout two floors of space. In addition to the numerous artist studios open to the public, this weekend’s special events include the Clay Alliance member’s exhibit and a showing of superhero sculptures courtesy of Visionaries and Voices. Essex Studios is also home to the Cincinnati Actor’s Studio and Academy, which will present a performance of Neil LaBute’s “The Shape of Things” beginning at 7:30 p.m. 2511 Essex Place. Art Walk hours are from 6-11 p.m. Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3. Tickets for “The Shape of Things” are $5 for students and $10 for adults.
