If you’re heading to Southgate House for Justin Townes Earle, I cannot stress enough the importance of arriving early to check out opener Gill Landry. Landry’s been writing, playing and touring with Bluegrass bunch Old Crow Medicine Show for more than 10 years and everything OCMS does is perfection in my eyes. However, Landry’s solo work is even better, leaning on storytelling, a magnificent voice and his Louisiana roots for his third solo album.
