Bark Brunch

Bringing your pup to brunch may not be a revolutionary idea in Greater Cincinnati, but Coppin's at Hotel Covington is kicking the concept up notch. The Northern Kentucky boutique hotel is throwing a party dedicated to dogs and their humans.

From 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, the hotel restaurant's patio will be transformed into a puppy pool party and will feature a brunch menu for both canines and their humans.

The human menu consists of brisket hash with roasted red potatoes, two poached eggs, smoked gouda, chiles and pickled shallots; tasty toast with custard-battered chocolate chip brioche, raspberry jam, cocoa hazelnut butter, and hazelnut and pistachio crunch; and a breakfast sandwich with Maddy's English muffin, bacon, over-hard egg, aged cheddar, Creole-aise and arugula. Mimosa pitchers and bloody marys will also be available.

For the pups, Coppin's will have a $5 dog-friendly brunch option. While pup parents eat, their fur-children can cool off in a dog pool.

Reservations are requested to join in on the fun. Book your table online or call 859-905-6600.
