Healthcare workers in Greater Cincinnati have a new way to recharge from their long hours on the COVID-19 front lines.
Beginning today, March 15, the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is offering free four-month memberships to healthcare workers. The memberships are good for all 10 YMCA locations in the area.
“We truly appreciate the sacrifices these front-line personnel have made to serve our community throughout this pandemic,” YMCA President and CEO Jorge Perez says in a release. “We want to make sure these dedicated nurses and medical support staff have a healthy outlet to help them re-energize and re-engage with their own families.”
To enroll through the offer, healthcare workers can bring company identification to any YMCA location.
The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati provides a variety of fitness and wellness programs for adults and families.
The offer runs through July 31, and there are a limited number of these memberships available. For more information, visit myy.org/give.
