Hello. Are you looking to get away from it all but not go too far? Great. Don't leave Cincinnati. It's one of America's top 10 best cities for a staycation, according to WalletHub

In its recent study, WalletHub writes:

This summer, the U.S. will be far more open than it was last year during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. But even though the COVID-19 vaccines have made summer travel possible, some people may not be ready to venture far from home yet, and others simply don’t have the money to take a trip with how hard COVID-19 has hit the economy. Luckily, there are certain places that offer plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation at the right price point, making those cities the perfect spots for staying local.

The website looked at 182 cities across the U.S. and used 46 metrics — including parks per capita, average cocktail price, the cost of an average restaurant meal and how many people died of COVID this week — to determine their rankings.

Cincinnati ranked No. 10 as the best city to staycation, with high marks for our parks, ice cream and nightlife options; COVID cases in the past week and idealness of summer weather (what, you don't like humidity?) were middle of the road or worse.

Honolulu ranked No. 1, followed by Orlando, Florida. Fremont, California was at the bottom of the list at No. 182.
