Cincinnati will be getting even more of the world's favorite country star.

Garth Brooks took to social media to announce that he will perform a second show at Cincinnati's Paul Brown Stadium in May. Brooks already is scheduled to entertain the Queen City on May 14 and now has added a concert for May 13. Tickets for the new show will go on sale at 10 a.m. April 29.

The performances will be Brooks' first at the Cincinnati Bengals' stadium and his only stop in Ohio or Kentucky, as of press time. The concert will be "in the round," which means the stage will be set up in the middle of the field rather than at the field's endzone.
Brooks originally was to perform at Paul Brown Stadium last September, but the Country star canceled the show due to fast-rising COVID-19 rates at the time.

"In July (when 2021 shows were announced), I sincerely thought the pandemic was falling behind us. Now, watching this new wave, I realize we are still in the fight and I must do my part," Brooks wrote in a website announcement last August.

That show, itself, was a reschedule from 2020, when the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic halted most activities.

Bellow, watch Kelly Clarkson pay tribute to Brooks during the COVID-distanced Kennedy Center Honors in 2021.
