Oktoberfest season is in full swing in Greater Cincinnati, and it continues this weekend with Covington's version.

Hosted by Braxton Brewing Co., Covington Oktoberfest promises beer, brats and lots of lederhosen in Goebel Park.

"The event raises a stein to German culture with live music from local artists, local food, beer and art, and will have a second stage to accommodate more entertainment, plus a 20-foot TV screen to play the weekend’s football games," reads a release from Braxton.

It also marks the official release of Braxton's seasonal Pumpkin Pie Ale collaboration beer with Graeter's Ice Cream — a beer featuring pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and "notes of golden brown pie crust," per the brewery.

The beer will hit Kroger stores starting Sept. 17.

Covington Oktoberfest takes place 5-11 p.m. Sept. 9, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sept. 10 and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sept. 11. Admission is free.

Goebel Park is located at 501 Philadelphia St., Covington.
