"It's a Cincinnati Chili Christmas!"

Move over, Mariah. Cincinnati indie rock band Tin Pilgrim is belting out what may become the newest, greatest Christmas song of all time — at least here in the Tri-State.

The band released an animated music video, kind of reminiscent of our favorite holiday cartoon specials...but also kind of not, set to their new song, "Cincinnati Chili Christmas."

The music video and song are a fun, holiday-fueled fever-dream celebration of Cincinnati, chili and, of course, Christmas. The video opens with an artistic rendering of a snowy night overlooking the city's skyline before zooming into Downtown as a cartoon man dons a Santa hat while looking up at the Carew Tower.

"Christmastime in Cincy. Man I'm getting hungry, so I'm celebrating my way, with a Cincinnati Chili Christmas" the song opens before dancing cans of chili make their way onto the screen.

Throughout the video, we see animated famous figures related to Cincinnati as they wave around coneys and 3 Ways. Some "guest stars" include Nick Lachey, Bootsy Collins and Pete Rose. Joe Burrow stars throughout, arriving in a sleigh, pulled by the Bengals' tiger, to Skyline, Goldstar and Empress Chili before flying off over Paycor Stadium and later throwing a coney to Santa.

Watch the full video, released Dec. 12, to see all the nods to Cincinnati and learn the lyrics so you can drunkenly sing this at your office Christmas party.
