Gather friends/family & join Ilan's Raw Chocolate (IRC) for a special chocolate making class & bourbon pairing. You will make your own gourmet chocolate with IRC 70% cacao from Peru! IRC will provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other culinary treats for you to create your own unique chocolate combinations. All tools & ingredients are provided. After the chocolate is poured and dipped, we will let it rest and harden. Then the fun continues! Pairing chocolates with four delicious bourbons. You will discover new flavor profiles that may surprise you! You will have some to take home, too, for sharing!
