Dark Chocolate Workshop & Italian Wine Pairing

Join us for a unique culinary experience of making your own gourmet dark chocolate and pairing it with some fantastic Italian wines and fun Italian products to compliment both chocolate and wine. Ilan’s Raw Chocolate will provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other culinary delights for you to create your own unique chocolate combinations. All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided. After the chocolate is poured and dipped, we will let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then the fun begins! You will pair your chocolates with a variety of hand-selected artisan Italian wines.
