Louisville, Kentucky's Forecastle music, art and activism festival returned July 12-14 along the Ohio River at Waterfront Park.
Headliners for the 2019 fest were The Killers, The Avett Brothers and Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals. Besides the top-of-the-poster acts, the undercard for Forecastle's 17th annual event was especially strong, with powerhouse and up-and-coming buzz acts like Chromeo, Cold War Kids, Maggie Rogers, Chvrches, Andrew Bird, Dawes, Denzel Curry, Playboi Carti, Hop Along, Lauv and Jungle.
