Here's a Taste of What You Can Expect to Eat at the Forthcoming FC Cincinnati Stadium

FC Cincinnati hosted a tasting of their upcoming West End Stadium dining menu in partnership with Levy, a leading figure in sports and entertainment hospitality. Dining options will come in three tiers — suite, club and concession — to meet fans’ varying expectations. Whereas suite and club dining will emphasize an entertaining, communal and chef-crafted experience, concessions will focus more on speed and hospitality so fans can get back to the game without missing a beat. The menu will attempt the right mix of variety, technology, price and speed, according to Chad Gregory, Levy’s regional director of operations. In addition to nationally recognized stadium classics like hot dogs and pretzels, local favorites like Frisch’s and Skyline will be available to give out-of-towners a taste of the city. But the Cincinnati-style culinary experience won’t stop there. “We understand what local means,” Gregory said at the tasting. “Local isn’t just the restaurant or the neighborhood or the people. It’s the ingredients; it’s the flavors; it’s the traditions.” The full menu will be revealed in the months leading up to the new stadium’s March 2021 opening.
