Bellevue's The Fairfield Venues has been a renovation project in the works since 2018, when owners Kate and Toby Moeves purchased the century-old former bank building located along Fairfield Avenue.
The first floor of the building houses a forthcoming Latin-American brunch spot (formerly Fairfield Market), while the building's second, third and rooftop are (or will soon be) utilized as rental spaces for events, meetings or creative purposes.
The second floor is fully-functioning and ready to rent. The third floor is slated to be finished and ready to rent mid-April.
And the crown jewel, the venue's rentable rooftop patio and bar — the first of its kind in Bellevue — will open late summer, with hopes to be ready to roll for the annual WEBN Fireworks.
In terms of what all you can do with the spaces? Co-owner Kate Moeves says folks can rent them out for parties, business meetings, happy hours, yoga, photo sessions, co-working, intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and more.
