Construction is set to begin this year on a new 171-room hotel just off the University of Cincinnati's campus.
Hotel Celare, a Tribute Portfolio hotel developed by Ohio's Crawford Hoying and Shaner Hotels, is planned to be built in the District at Clifton Heights development, per a release from Crawford Hoying.
Located at 310 Straight St., the hotel will have a “jump lobby, rooftop bar, multiple outdoor spaces and more," says Crawford Hoying. With seven stories and 132,000 square feet of space, Hotel Celare will have plenty of room for guests, including parents visiting their UC studentsThe hotel, designed by Meyers+Associates, will feature queen and king rooms with a 24-hour gym, flexible meeting areas and a business center. The ground floor will offer retail and restaurant space for lease. And on the roof, a hotel bar will offer guests a drink and a view of the city.
