The Cincinnati Bengals' 27-10 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC divisional round on Jan. 22 had a little bit of everything, but perhaps snow was the big ingredient.
In a game that saw a recovering Bills safety Damar Hamlin waving to fans from his suite, the Bengals dominated Buffalo thanks to a hungry offensive bench and smooth plays by quarterback Joe Burrow, running back Joe Mixon and wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase. Chase even found himself on the short end of an overturned touchdown, with officials claiming (falsely, many fans say) that he lost control of the ball as he caught it over the goal line. Next up, Cincinnati will clash yet again with the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC championship crown. During this game last season, the Bengals knocked off the Chiefs in overtime after overcoming an 18-point deficit, thanks to a beautiful, last-minute kick from Evan McPherson. The win sent the Bengals to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1989.
