Slow Flow Group Yoga Class

Increase productivity and focus your mind during this early morning 60-minute full breath, full body class. All levels welcome! Whether you’re interested in relaxation and meditation, or looking for ways to increase your strength and flexibility, this breath centered practice will help prepare you for the day ahead.
