If you've ever wanted to live directly above a grocery store, now is your chance to see what that looks like.
Some renderings and pricing have been unveiled for the apartments above the Kroger On The Rhine building at 1010 On The Rhine.
Slated to open at the beginning of November, there will be a preview tour of the building on Sept. 6.
“Prospective residents will be excited by not only the incredible views and beautiful finishes in each unit, but how there is a unique floorplan for every person and lifestyle,” said Daisy Marcano, Property Manager at 1010 On The Rhine, in a release.
Pricing starts at $1,399 for a studio, $1,499 for a 1-bedroom, $1,999 for a 1-bedroom with a den and $2,499 for a 2-bedroom.
There are 139 units in the building and apartment community amenities include "secure biometric entry, a top-floor fitness room with state-of-the art equipment and a pet washing station. A roof deck with a grilling station, a green space lounging area and expansive views of the city are also expected to be a resident favorite."
