The Sign is on the Wall: Connecting the History of Signage to the Art of Murals

The Queen City is adorned in many wonderful murals including one that proclaims its viewers are “Lookin Good.” Join co-creator of the “Lookin Good” mural and founder of Chroma Projects, Matthew Dayler, for a discussion of how the early days of signage on walls connects to modern day murals. You’ll even learn how the Museum’s collection helped inspire the “Lookin’ Good” mural! This program will be held both in-person at the Museum and virtually via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link to the virtual session in a separate email prior to the program.
