Additionally, the story notes that The floor of the showroom and anteroom is of Terrazzo white and black marble, is six inches thick and is laid on a concrete base of 8 inches. You can see the original FORD lettering on the terrazzo at the building entrance. The combination of the dealerships early 20th century industrial feel, with this units modern, sophisticated aesthetic, creates an unparalleled downtown living experience. Exposed brick and duct work, cathedral ceilings, sweeping city views in three directions from two balconies, a large custom counter bar and too many other details to list make this penthouse an entertainers dream, with a perfect spacious layout for hosting both large and intimate gatherings.Additional features include two gas fireplaces, custom cherry cabinets, beautiful radiators saved from local historic churches, heated floors in both the master and guest bathrooms, an oversized jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, heart pine hardwood flooring sourced directly from a Georgia lumber mill, and fully automatic skylights and window coverings. The keyed elevator opens directly into the condo, and the unit includes two reserved spaces in a heated garage and a large assigned storage room in the basement.
