Greater Cincinnati woke up to a blanket of snow on the morning of Feb. 9, after much more than the originally anticipated "1-3 inches" fell overnight. In fact, the Ohio Department of Transportation's Cincinnati-based Twitter said on Tuesday morning that this is the most snow the area has seen in a decade.
