Still Here Yoga: For People Living With Suicidal Ideation
When: Fri., May 19, 7-9 p.m. 2023
This evening is to give space to those of us living with suicidal ideation. The goal isn't to talk about & spend the evening focused on suicidal ideation (although it's fine if it comes up). The goal is just to give a few of us a space to move & breathe together. Our gentle yoga & meditation practice will be about 45-60 minutes with the rest of the evening for socializing & discussion. *️ This class is for anyone living with chronic suicidality/suicidal ideation.
