Join us on a delicious journey to Cameroon! Food is fascinating because of the places it can take you. Come explore the complexity of Cameroonian culture through indigenous food that's been inspired by France, Germany, and Portugal. During this beginner-friendly, hands-on cooking class with Emilienne Yihla, you'll learn about the culture of Cameroon while becoming familiar with regional ingredients like huckleberry, waterleaf, fufu and pumpkin leaf. Some of the crops are even grown locally here in Cincinnati! The dishes prepared will be vegetarian.
