Newport's boutique bowling destination Axis Alley is being "newly reimagined" as Rotolo, a bowling and bocce eatery, according to a press invite.

The invite says, "Formerly Axis Alley, Rotolo takes a modern spin on an Italian vacation. A license for indulgence and bowler's paradise, Rotolo is a newly designed restaurant concept with two full bars, 16 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and a full bocce ball court."

Renovations on Axis started in September and will debut after Nov. 6.

Rotolo is located at 1 Levee Way, Newport on the Levee.
