Fast-casual Korean eatery BIBIBOP Asian Grill is opening a new location in Mason on Sept. 4.
To celebrate its newest opening, the restaurant is offering free food to visitors from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on their grand opening day. In addition to free eats, the first 50 guests will receive a special swag bag with T-shirts, hats and more.
Taking its inspiration from the well-known Korean dish bibimbap, Columbus-based BIBIBOP infuses Asian cuisine with American ingredients to create fresh and healthy build-your-own bowls with a variety of proteins, vegetables and sauces. The eatery also offers options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diners.
“We’re delighted to welcome BIBIBOP to the Mason-Deerfield region and are grateful they chose Deerfield Township as the site to plant their growing business,” said Stephanie Chelf, programs and member services manager for the Mason Chamber of Commerce, in a press release.
“BIBIBOP offers the region a variety of fun and healthy food options, which is exactly what residents and employees in this health-conscience and active community are in search of. We couldn’t be more excited BIBIBOP made its home in Deerfield.”
There are currently three BIBIBOP locations in the Greater Cincinnati area, including near University of Cincinnati's and University of Dayton's campus and the Liberty Center in Liberty Township. The Mason location will be the fourth, with a fifth location in Montgomery coming soon.
The ribbon-cutting, hosted by Mason Chamber of Commerce, will take place at 10:30 a.m on Sept. 4.
