Bellevue's Darkness Brewing has recently rolled out their very own food truck, dubbed the Darkness Diner. The truck is located right outside of the brewery, offering visitors a petite, casual menu, featuring bites like burgers, tacos, cauliflower wings, hot dogs and a few different sides.
To celebrate the new addition, the brewery is hosting a grand opening celebration on Sunday, Aug. 25 and introducing their new brunch menu.
Chef Jay Freeman and Brian Lalley are the masterminds behind the beer-infused menu, with dishes including chicken and waffles with beer-infused syrup, chocolate pancakes with beer-infused syrup, veggie hash brown casserole, breakfast cheeseburgers and biscuits and gravy with sausage or veggie options, plus tasty sides like banana cinnamon biscuit dippers and gravy fries. All brunch items are $10 or less.
There will be beer-infused drinks available in addition to their regular beer menu, plus tea and coffee.
Brunch will be served 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.
