Braxton has two V-Day events coming up. On Feb. 10, they’ll host a Galentine’s Day brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in their loft. If you’re not in the know, Galentine’s Day originated on the show Parks and Recreation and celebrates female friendship, hence the “gal” part of the word. The brunch will feature mimosas (duh), bloody marys, a Taste of Belgium-catered waffle and crepe bar and Braxton beers. The brunch costs $45 and tickets can be purchased here. Ticket price includes drinks.
If brunching with the ladies isn’t your thing, then come to Braxton 6:30-9:30 p.m. Feb. 13 for a Beer Lovers Dinner, featuring food from neighboring Peppe Cucina Italian deli. The five-course menu includes a pour of Braxton’s new Tropic Flare, a triple dry-hopped New England-style IPA, and a Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip beer float with pie crust topper for dessert.
The menu according to Braxton:
Course 1: Haven - Beer braised sausage with scalloped potatoes
Course 2 - Tropic Flare - Spring greens with fresh fruit and nuts served with tropic flare vinaigrette
Course 3 - Dark Charge Mole - Braised beef taco with queso fresco and shredded cabbage served with spicy pinto beans
*Garage Beer (Palate cleanser)*
