Busch Dog Brew

Busch Beer recently added a new brew to their petite line-up of domestic suds.

It's not made of dogs, it's not made by dogs... it's exactly what you thought. A brew specially made FOR the furry friends in our lives.

Busch's Dog Brew was announced on National Dog Day — Aug. 26 — and it was a huge hit. The first batch of the brew sold out rather quickly. They're currently asking those interested in purchasing a pack to join their waitlist while they brew more "Nectar of the Dogs."

The brew won't get your dog drunk. That would be illegal and unsavory. It's made of natural, fresh ingredients that not only taste good (to them, we imagine), but are also good for them.

The bone broth-based bev is made with bone-in pork butt, whole corn, celery, basil, mint, turmeric, ginger and water "to provide your best buddy with a nutritious and tasty snack that helps to promote a healthy digestive system," according to Busch's website.

"Bone broth is also a great way for dogs who struggle to eat solid food to get all of their extra nutrients. Your best friend is going to love it. We’re pawsitive."

The brewery suggests pouring it over your pup's food or into a bowl by itself to be enjoyed solo — warm or cold.

Busch's Dog Brew is available online only, so sign up to be notified when the next batch is available.

Cheers.
