It ain't fall without cider, and Sycamore Township's March First Brewing is ushering in the season with the return of Ciderpalooza, a fest completely devoted to the stuff.

The event takes place from noon-10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29 and will feature over 30 different kinds of cider — about half made in house and half from guest breweries and cideries.

Flavors range from fruity and spicy to savory, and include unique variations like Cincinnati chili, mango jalapeno, bananas foster, caramel apple and chili cherry pie — just to name a few. See the full list here.

"We love ciders at March First Brewing so we have decided to throw the best craft cider festival in Cincinnati two years in a row!" the brewery's website reads. "We're going to be bringing in some amazing ciders from all around the country right here in your back yard!"

The ciders will be available in 5-ounce pours and are obtained by tickets, which cost $3 for one ticket and $25 for 10. The event page notes that the ciders are subject to change due to availability.

If you're not a cider fan, the brewery's main bar will be open with all of their beers, spirits and seltzers available. Their kitchen will be slingin' pizzas, and the El Cardenal Taquería food truck will be on site beginning at 4 p.m.

In addition to plenty of beverages and bites, folks can enjoy live music from The Yacht Club Players, 90 Proof Twang Duo and The Dunby Four throughout the evening.

According to the Facebook event page, they will be utilizing their parking lot for additional space as well as their front patio, main and old taproom, back patio and beer garden to offer plenty of room for social distancing. Guests can park in the Kemper Pointe public lot once the limited space in their brewery's lot is full.
