Christian Gill, chef and owner of Boomtown Biscuits & Whiskey, is no stranger to the Food Network, and this week, he’s going to be appearing on two of their shows.
Gill will hopefully be beating out the other chefs at Guy Fieri’s supermarket-based competition television show Guy’s Grocery Games on July 6. His episode of the show's summer tournament, "Guy's Summer Games," will be airing at 9 p.m.
Next up, the Cincinnati star will be potentially battling against celebrity chef Bobby Flay in Beat Bobby Flay. Gill will compete against another chef to earn the opportunity to then face Flay during his July 7 episode, which airs at 9:30 p.m.
Gill has previously won the Comfort Food Cook-Off episode of Guy's Grocery Games, which aired in 2018. The local chef used Cincinnati chili to create a winning chili poutine.
In 2019, Gill also participated in the Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge, which invited the nation's most talented chefs to compete in a series of competitions to see who can prepare the best Thanksgiving-themed meals.
