2015 marks the 25th anniversary of the Cincinnati International Wine Festival.

The festival is well known and respected for offering interesting juried wines, while also focusing on philanthropy. More than 700 wines from over 100 wineries will be available to sample, while guests enjoy winery dinners, grand tastings, a charity auction, and a luncheon prepared by The Netherland Hilton’s chef Todd Kelly.

This year promises to be special because the anniversary season co-chairs are Gina Gallo and Jean-Charles Boisset. While they are each wine “rock stars” in their own right, appearing together as a couple — a rare occurrence — will definitely amp up what is already promising to be a great year for the Cincinnati International Wine Festival. The event is scheduled March 5-7, preceded by a very special dinner at Orchids at Palm Court on March 4, hosted by Gallo and Boisset.

Tickets for the wine dinners, grand tastings and the charity auction to benefit Cancer Family Care go on sale Dec. 1 at www.winefestival.com.
