Cincinnati's fast food staple Frisch's Big Boy announced this morning (Sept. 11) that it has added three new Big Boy burgers to its menu.
Burger enthusiasts can look forward to trying the new Deluxe Big Boy, which is a "beefed up" version of their claim to fame Big Boy burger which has been a crowd favorite since the 1940s, with 1/4 lb. of beef patties with cheese, pickle, leaf lettuce, red onion, tomato and Frisch's Original Tartar Sauce on a double-decker bun.
The menu also includes the Farmhouse Boy, with 1/4 lb. of beef patties with cheese, lettuce, a fried egg, crispy bacon and Frisch's Original Tartar Sauce on a double-decker bun.
And last but not least, the Breakfast Boy, with 1/4 lb. of sausage patties with cheese, lettuce, pickle, a fried egg, crispy bacon and Frisch's Original Tartar Sauce on a double decker bun.
The menu additions come just ahead of National Cheeseburger Day on Sept. 18.
“The Big Boy® is our #1 best-selling item on the menu,” said Todd Napier, Vice President of Marketing for Frisch’s Big Boy in a press release. “Our three new sandwiches, Deluxe Boy, Farmhouse Boy and Breakfast Boy, will offer variety to our signature sandwich platform.”
