Covington's ALTO Pizza Kitchen + Bar has closed its doors. The pizzeria opened June 26, 2018 and was the first tenant in Covington's $19 million Duveneck Square development.

The eatery was located next to the burgeoning Braxton Brewing Company, where guests could order from ALTO via a kiosk in addition to ordering sit-down and take out meals at the restaurant itself.

Josh Rhodes, general manager of ALTO Pizza Kitchen + Bar, confirmed its closure in an email earlier this week.
