Essencha Tea House in Oakley is celebrating summer with some fun iced tea events.

Essencha Tea House in Oakley is celebrating summer with some fun iced tea events.

On Thursday, June 26 from 6:30-7:30 p.m., they will be hosting a free iced tea tasting. Guests will be treated to free iced tea made with different types of tea — Essencha has more than 80 varieties of loose leaf to ice. You'll learn how to make the perfect batch of tea, and more about the beverage itself. You'll also received 15 percent off all teaware and teas during the event. Reservations requested.

And then every Tuesday this summer, it's "Pick Your Price" iced tea. Explore all of their flavors of loose-leaf iced tea by naming your price on a drink to accompany any crepe, salad or sandwich purchase.
