The ice cream shop's new Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan flavor is a more indulgent take on their classic Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip (which was discontinued in 2018).

Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan ice cream

With Derby Day right around the corner, Cincinnati's beloved ice cream shop Graeter's is celebrating with a new flavor — Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan.

The flavor, which combines bourbon-glazed pecan pieces inside brown butter bourbon ice cream, is an elevated take on their recently discontinued classic flavor Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip. According to a press release from Graeter's, "(the) flavor is meant to be an even more indulgent alternative, sure to please Graeter’s original Bourbon Pecan fans."

The new ice cream flavor will be available beginning today (April 15) at all 55 Graeter's establishments, as well as online from their website.
