Meals must be ordered by noon on Wednesday, May 6 and brunch pick up is on Sunday, May 10, between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Dinner pick-up is Saturday, May 9 between 1-4 p.m. or Sunday, May 10 between 1-4 p.m. The menu includes quiche, fruit, muffins, coffee, bacon and more for breakfast; serves four for $79.99. The dinner menu includes your choice of “Coq Au Vin” French-style red-wine-braised chicken or baked salmon plus salad, creamy whipped boursin potatoes, veggies, rolls and carrot cake for $119.99. The Golden Lamb is offering a special take-and-bake dinner for four. Orders need to be placed by Thursday, May 7 (unless they sell out before that). The dinner is $149, total, and includes: 8 chilled jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce; slow-roasted prime rib with rosemary au jus (four 10-12 ounce slices) and a side of horseradish chantilly; 1 pound of spring asparagus with lemon scent and Irish butter; 4 overstuffed twice-baked potatoes with Tillamook cheddar and garden chives; a French bread batard with sea salt and olive oil; a whole Georgia pecan pie. Chef Jose Salazar's Findlay Market restaurant is offering Mother's Day meals to go to feed four to six people. The meal includes a mushroom, kale and cheddar quiche or a Quiche Lorraine (bacon, leeks and gruyere cheese), plus a "Big" salad (farm greens, seasonal vegetables, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, olives, house vinaigrette) and chocolate pot de creme with fresh berries for $54. Jeff Ruby's The Precinct
Jeff Ruby's The Precinct is offering four different steak-centric family meal kits that can be prepared at home, starting at $125 each. The kits serve four people and include multiple Jeff Ruby's steaks to grill, a Freddie Salad, baked mac and cheese, asparagus and a sourdough loaf from Sixteen Bricks Artisan Bakehouse. Customers can choose from four 8 oz. Black Angus filets ($125), four 14 oz. Prime New York strips ($125), four 16 oz. Prime Delmonico ribeyes ($155), or an "all in one" package ($140) that comes with two 8 oz. filets, one 14. oz New York strip and one 16 oz. ribeye. Substitutions are not available for the meal kits. The meal kits can be ordered online — so can Jeff Ruby's signature seasoning and a selection wine and beer — and picked up curbside. The eatery suggests ordering your meal early in the day as there are a very limited number of meal kits and pick-up times available. Forno is offering a special to feed four to six people. Pick-up times are noon-4 p.m. Saturday, May 9 and 2-4 p.m. Sunday, May 10. Order 24 hours in advance. The menu includes take-and-bake lasagne, a Caesar salad, tiramisu and a bottle of Italian prosecco. Costs $125.
