As the pandemic continues to surge, local restaurants have adapted their typical offerings to cater to their guests, providing places for safe, outdoor dining and shifting menus to feature more ways to enjoy their food.

Coppin's at Hotel Covington has followed suit, transforming their patio into a cozy escape with string lights, heaters, a fireplace and warm throw blankets from Donna Salyers’ Fabulous Furs.

The restaurant has also created a special new menu to complement their visitors' needs and the current COVID-19 restrictions. They have rolled out a limited menu, which features favorites and some new additions, available for carry-out, curbside pick-up and delivery via DoorDash

The menu offers mouthwatering soups, sandwiches and smaller bites like apple fritters and tots, plus a selection of desserts and housemade sodas.

"As Kentucky restaurants and bars continue to navigate service restrictions, we have made updates to the operations at Coppin's," said Guy van Rooyen, CEO of Salyers Group (which runs Hotel Covington), in a press release. "These changes allow us to offer our guests the full Hotel Covington tailored experience safely while providing meaningful work for our employees."
