Breakfast and brunch chain First Watch is launching a line of brunch cocktails and Cincinnatians will be some of the first to sample them.
The drinks will be exclusively available at the Hyde Park First Watch location on Madison Road (hooray for longer wait times) and includes four craft cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices.
The signature options ($8) include:
- The Morning Glory: New Amsterdam gluten-free vodka, fresh orange and lemon juices, turmeric, organic ginger and agave nectar
- Vodka Kale Tonic: New Amsterdam gluten-free vodka, fresh juiced kale, Fuji apple, English cucumber and lemon
- Pomegranate Sunrise: Camarena tequila, pomegranate, fresh lime and agave nectar
- Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk: Rum Haven coconut rum, cold-brew coffee, coconut milk and agave nectar
Along with the creative concoctions, diners will also find boozy brunch staples like a bloody mary — with bacon garnish — and a mimosa.
The new "from the bar" menu also features bottled brews, bottled kombucha and fresh-made juices.
“When we brought First Watch to Cincinnati in the ‘80s, we made a commitment to constantly evolve to meet the needs and wants of our friends and neighbors and to always serve them with pride,” said Ken Pendery, co-founder and chairman of First Watch, in a release. “We feel that these new signature brunch cocktails are a great opportunity to show how First Watch has continued to evolve to meet consumers’ changing tastes.”
