A festival foodie favorite, Island Noodles is hosting a pop-up at Cincinnati's Smale Riverfront Park this weekend (May 9-10) to raise money for local cause.
The popular vendor is teaming up with Cincy Events Management (CEM) to raise funds for the OTR Brewery District's Brewing Heritage Trail.
According to a press release from CEM, Island Noodles is a crowd favorite at the Bunbury Music Festival and offers Hawaiian-style soba noodles with 12 vegetables. It can be ordered vegan or with teriyaki chicken — both bowls cost $9.
The organizers are taking COVID-19 precautions to ensure safety for both the customers and employees by promoting social distancing; using a card-only payment method; using face coverings and gloves; and taking and recording the temperatures of employees before their shifts.
The event will run from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, though they advise to check their Facebook page for updates based on weather.
If you can't make it to the event or would like to donate in addition to visiting the pop-up, you can show your support for the Brewing Heritage Trail here.
