Memorial Day weekend is right around the corner, and the team behind Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment is making sure you're well prepared to serve up some excellent grilled meats in honor of the holiday.
In a helpful tutorial, CEO Britney Ruby Miller walks viewers through the step-by-step process of how to grill the perfect Jeff Ruby steak — which can be purchased in a family meal kit from either The Precinct or Carlo & Johnny.
Miller features a filet mignon, boneless ribeye and a NY strip steak in her demonstration, noting that while her family loves grilling with charcoal, gas is fine, too — but the most important things to remember when cooking a steak are starting with room-temperature meat, seasoning it well and making sure your grill (or or cast iron pan) is hot.
Watch her video below and learn how to cook steakhouse-quality meats in your own backyard.
