Keystone Bar & Grill is expanding its mac and cheese empire into Green Township with the opening of its newest Mac Shack location.
Mac Shack offers a streamlined menu dedicated to Keystone's cult favorite mac and cheese concoctions. The flagship location in Clifton Heights includes options like the Buffalo Springfield with Buffalo chicken and blue cheese with add-ons and toppings ranging from Doritos and Grippo's to cornbread. The new West Side location on Harrison Avenue will feature those indulgent mac and cheese options along with new items including quinoa and zucchini bowls and alcohol.
During a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday (Aug. 22), Mac Shack has partnered with the neighborhood's West Side Brewing — 100 percent of West Side Brewing draft beer sales during the evening will be donated to the Freestore Foodbank's Power Pack program to help feed students who are on free or reduced lunch programs at school while they're at home over the weekend.
