There's plenty of incentives to get your COVID-19 vaccine, like achieving herd immunity, spending time with your loved ones and friends, life returning to normalcy, etc.

But a national donut and coffee chain is dangling a different motivation for folks to get their jab — one that's deep-fried and sugar-glazed.

Beginning March 22, visitors who show proof of their COVID-19 vaccine shot will receive a free glazed donut, every single day until Dec. 31. That means, that you could potentially consume 285 free donuts before the end of the year. A mere 54,150 calories — but who's counting?

No purchase is necessary to get your promo donut, but you must show your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, with either your first or both shots from Pfizer or Moderna documented, or your single shot from Johnson & Johnson.

The donut chain also understands that the decision to get vaccinated is a personal one, and still wants to offer their non-vaccinated guests a little something to start their weeks off right. Krispy Kreme welcomes those guests to stop by on Mondays from March 29-May 24 to enjoy a free glazed donut and medium coffee.

Greater Cincinnati is currently only home to one Krispy Kreme location, which can be found at 7835 Beechmont Ave. in Anderson Township. However, one will be opening soon at Tylersville Pointe in West Chester.
