As if pizza and a beer weren't already a perfect combo, a new dining option in Covington is set to cement the relationship. The highly anticipated Braxton Brewing Co. and Dewey’s Pizza collab is officially open for business Wednesday, March 29.
Braxton Brewing Co. has partnered with Dewey's Pizza to open a location of the pizza parlor in the restaurant space next to the taproom. Dewey's will be located at 43 W. Seventh St. — formerly home to gastropub Parlor on Seventh — while Braxton's taproom is at 27 W. Seventh St. This Dewey's will offer the same menu of pizzas, calzones and salads patrons have come to love. But guests can now opt to enjoy their pies in the restaurant itself or inside the neighboring Braxton taproom.
“We absolutely love giving people a space to escape and enjoy. With Dewey’s Pizza as our new neighbors, we feel we’ll be able to continue bringing a one-of-a-kind taproom experience to locals who already know and love this iconic Cincinnati brand,” Jake Rouse, co-founder and CEO of Braxton Brewing Co., said in the release. "Their establishment as a restaurant in Downtown Covington is a win for the city as a whole.”
This will be the second current Northern Kentucky location for Dewey's — the other is at 2949 Dixie Highway, Crestview Hills — which also operates seven restaurants in Cincinnati.
The new Dewey’s location will be open from 4-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. For more about Dewey's, visit deweyspizza.com. For more about Braxton, visit braxtonbrewing.com.
