Cincinnati-based Looking Glass Hospitality Group plans to reopen its three restaurants for dine-in service on Thursday, May 21, in accordance with Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's next phase of Responsible RestartOhio guidelines.

LGHG oversees TAHONA Kitchen+Bar, S.W. Clyborne Co. Provision & Spirits and Fretboard Brewing & Public House.

“As always, our top priority is to provide a great dining experience in a clean and safe environment," says Scott Schmidt, founder of LGHG. "Our team is committed to taking every step necessary to keep our guests and team members safe when they return to our patios and dining rooms.”

The company says that in addition to the Level 2 Certification in Food Protection Program training through the Ohio Department of Health that LGHG requires its managers and chefs to complete, each restaurant is implementing the mandatory and recommended protocols from the governor. The company has also committed to the Ohio Restaurant Promise in partnership with the Ohio Restaurant Association. And employees will be attending a COVID-19 training session to fully understand the new procedures and policies necessary. Every staff member will also complete a health survey prior to each shift.
