Over-the-Rhine craft pie shop O Pie O has announced it is closing after eight years in business.

Aug. 7 will be the last day the shop will be open, per an announcement on Facebook.

“Thank you for all your support over the years. Nothing we've done or accomplished would have been possible without you,” reads the post.

There is a bit of good news, though: O Pie O's most popular menu item, the honey vinegar pie, will be available at Heyday, a burger spot in East Walnut Hills that O Pie O owners opened in April.

Heyday took over the space that was O Pie O’s East Walnut Hills location. “Sunday might be our last day, but the saga continues @heyday.cincy,” read the post.

Head to O Pie O Aug. 4-7 to grab a treat during the final few days the spot is open.

O Pie O is located at 32 E. 13th St., Over-the-Rhine, opieo.com. Heyday is located at 1527 Madison Road, East Walnut Hills, heyday.menu.
